6 Week Series
The most comprehensive childbirth education class offered.  Topics that will be covered are birth options, choosing a health care provider, the rights of childbearing women, nutrition, stages of labor, interventions, pain management & relief, childbirth myths, positions for labor, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding, postpartum care, newborn care and babywearing.  

 

A booklet with information and resources will be provided for each student. A birth ball is included.  

Class duration is 2.5hrs, 15hrs total. The cost for this class is $200

 

3 Week Series
A compact class great as a refresher for parents having subsequent children. Topics that will be covered are birth options, choosing a health care provider, stages of labor, positions for labor, interventions, pain management & relief, breastfeeding, postpartum care and newborn care.

 

A booklet with information and resources will be provided for each student. A birth ball is included.  

Class duration is 2.5hrs, 7.5hrs total.  The cost for this class is $150  

 

One-day Intensive
A condensed class great for repeat clients and those planning out-of-hospital births.  Class covers positions for labor, relaxation techniques, pain management, breastfeeding, postpartum care and newborn care. A booklet with information and resources will be provided for each student.

 

A free birth ball is included. Class duration is 4hrs. The cost for this class is $100
